Return Policy

 

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange by contacting us within 30 days from your purchase date.  Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.  After thirty days, items cannot be accepted for return.  However, we encourage you to contact us with any concerns that you may have.  In addition, we cannot accept any items that have been opened.  Items must be in new, unwrapped condition.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address we provide.  To return a product, please contact us at returns @ diapercakery.com.

Please keep in mind that we are constantly striving to improve our product quality and lower our cost for you, our customer.  As a result, we often make supply purchases in bulk quantities and therefore, you may experience slight product variations from the photos available on our website.  Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value.  Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
